Acknowledgement of Country.
Wattle Place sits on the land of the Darug people. We acknowledge their special and continuing connection to this land, which spans tens of thousands of years longer than any other culture surviving today. We acknowledge the lore, practices, societal structures, languages and belief systems that were embedded in this land for milennia and pay our respects to the ancestors who carried them through the generations. We pay our respects to the Darug Elders who continue to maintain that connection.
