Walking Group

Please join our Walking Group as part of your exercise intake to improve the health of mind and body. We will alternate between walks around the park circuit or follow the Parramatta Riverside Walk. Then join us for coffee and milkshakes afterwards at the cafe.

Note* We take all care but cannot take responsibility for people’s health, so please consult your doctor if you have any concerns prior to exercising. Also remember to bring water and wear comfy walking shoes.
