Morning tea provided.

The purpose of the relaxation series is to provide information about the impact that stress has on our minds, bodies and on our overall wellbeing. Throughout these sessions, we will offer a range of practical strategies that you can use on a day-to-day basis to better manage stress and reduce its impact. We ask that you come with an open mind and be willing to try out some new things. We look forward to helping you find ways to reduce stress and feel more relaxed!
