Walking/Tai Chi Group
If you like going for walks in the fresh air or have an interest in Tai Chi please join us at Parramatta Park! Sessions involve the gentle practice of Tai Chi with Grandmaster Gary using the repetition of simple exercises to improve the health of mind and body. Alternatively, take a circuit of the park with those who prefer walking as their exercise. Please register if you are interested as we have room for everyone!
